to retired members of the Retirement System who are receiving a monthly benefit
payment. Unclaimed
Property only affects people who left employment with the Kansas City
School District; a Kansas City Library or a Charter School in 2001 or prior
and did not request a refund of their employee contributions.
Unclaimed Property only affects those individuals who left employment with less
than five years of service and did not request a refund of their employee
contributions. If
you are retired and receiving a monthly benefit payment, you do not need to
concern yourself with Unclaimed Property. |
